We were established 2 years ago with the belief that there was a shortage of fashionable active wear for kids in the market. We distribute our range throughout Australia to boutique kids clothing stores, dance shops, uniform shops and sports shops. Please understand that our online shopping was set up for one off pieces, people in areas unable to reach the stores or for those busy mums who want to buy online. Please understand that we are predominantly a manufacturer & wholesaler of clothing and goods so please supporrt your local businesses and stores who stock the Stretching It Out Label as they maybe able to help you out with an exact size you maybe after. Over the past year we have been contacted with requests to purchase online because people especially mothers want the convenience of shopping when they can and find shopping hard with young kids or live in remote areas where access to this type of clothing maybe hard to find. Therefore with this in mind we can both sell and send items anywhere within Australia, as well as anywhere in the world. Please understand that as our main line of business is to supply the retailers, we sell out of certain sizes and gamrents quite quickly so sometimes the style or the size you are after might not be available. Ordering & Payment Stretching It Out has partnered with Paypal, but we also accept Visa, direct deposit into Stretching It Out bank account and cheques (sent to our PO Box 448 Elsternwick, Victoria. 3185. Australia) Please ring our office for credit card payment for online purchases if any of the above payment schemes are not avalaible to you or for account details for direct deposit. Delivery We deliver nationally & internationally via Australia Post. We reccommend parcels to be sent to addresses where people will be home during the day. Orders sent to capital cities within Australia should be received within 2-3 working days. Other areas of Australia should take between 5-7 working days depending on the location. We will try to do our utmost to ship your orders to you within 2 working days after receiving your order. Returns of Goods When shopping with Stretching It Out all items returned need to be in it's original condition within 14 days of purchase in order to be replaced, refunded if you are unhappy with your goods or changed over to another product. Delivery and handling of goods are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please let our office know that you are returning an item so that we are aware it is arriving. Please also enclose your receipt so that all returns can be processed quickly. Out of Stock Policy Stretching It Out makes every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website are in stock. It is not unusual for items to sell out quickly or large items to sell in a single order. As a result it is possible for an item or product to become out of stock while that product is still available on the website. If you order a product that becomes out of stock we will endeavour to contact you within a couple of days to organise an alternative arrangement. Purchasing of Gifts Stretching It Out is happy to deliver your purchase to a third party. Whether it be for a Birthday Present, Christmas Present, end of year present for a concert, Bar/Batmitzvah Present or any other gift that suits your needs.
